If your issue calls for additional assistance from a server admin, we will direct the ticket or the e–mail to the person on duty, without delay and will leave a note to let you know that more time will be needed for finding the optimal solution. Furthermore if you order the Administration Services package, all of the tasks included there will be performed whenever you choose.

- We will be at your disposal 24x7 to reply to any questions that you may have pertaining to our Site Control Panel or any of the applications that we have preinstalled for you on the dedicated hosting server. In case you also require support handling server administration tasks, order our Administration Services package, which includes data backup hard drive space, Operating System updates on a weekly basis, server monitoring and rebooting services, plus troubleshooting and installation services.

Our Site Control Panel has been preinstalled for every Linux dedicated servers hosting package. Among its functionalities is a very handy integrated knowledge base that will walk you step by step on all the actions that you can carry out. Most how–to articles have video versions which show all the operations that you can perform in a highly illustrative way. You can find the educational articles and the video tutorials in the upper right corner of each Site Control Panel section.
